Cook Group In Agreements With AVI

BLOOMINGTON—Bloomington-based Cook Group has entered into agreements with AVI Biopharma to develop three products to treat vascular diseases.

Cook will take on all development costs which are expected to reach $100-million.

Cook will also purchase $5-million worth of AVI common stock and take over AVI's facilities and personnel in Colorado.
