(BEDFORD) - The March 2006 semi-annual Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce beautification winner has been chosen.
Winning in the Commerical category is Don Patnode Agency located at 1618 - "M" Street in Bedford. This was formerly home to Kib's Hair Care.
Mr. Patnode purchased the building in August of 2005 and did extensive remodeling to the building and surrounding area and relocated there from his former location on 16th street.
The Chamber Beautification Awards are held semi-annually and beginning next month will be held in April and October of each year. If you see a residential and or commercial property within the Bedford city limits you feel is worthy of the beautification award, call the Chamber office at 275-4493, to be kept on file for the next contest. Be sure to include your name, the owners name and address.
