PAOLI—A Paoli man is dead following an exchange of gunfire.
Indiana State Police are investigating a shooting between a father and son that occurred about three miles north of Paoli.
Reports indicate that the two were arguing when 30-year-old Carl Fuller, Jr. allegedly shot his father 50-year-old Carl Fuller, Sr., in the chest.
Further investigation shows Fuller, Sr., fired a modified 30-cal. rifle multiple times, while Fuller, Jr., had a 12-gauge shotgun. Fuller, Sr., was taken to Bloomington Hospital of Orange County in Paoli where he was pronounced dead.
Fuller, Jr., has not been arrested. Police continue to discover more in the case.
