March of Dimes WalkAmerica Recruitment Dinner Held Thursday

BEDFORD—The March of Dimes WalkAmerica recruitment dinner was held Thursday afternoon at Hoover’s Candy Eatery in Bedford.
About 25 people heard from Lawrence County Superior Court 1 Judge Michael Robbins, committee member Kathie Kathie Rhorer, K-Mart sponsor Tamsen George, along with local family members Eric and Robin Bennett and Jeremy and Shannon Foreman who shared their stories of how the March of Dimes helped their babies who where born prematurily.
The local WalkAmerica will be held at the Bedford National Guard Armory on Sunday, April 23, 2006 at 12 noon.
