BEDFORD—German American Bancorp has announced the completion of acquisition of Stone City Bank.
Stone City Bank has been headquartered in Lawrence County since its establishment in 1890 and will continue operations as an independent, state chartered banking institution.
As of November 30, 2005 Stone City Bancshares had consolidated total assets of approximately 61.1 million dollars, total deposits of 47-million and total shareholder's equity of 5.8 million.
