BNL Senior Chosen To Go To U.S. Naval Academy

BEDFORD—Congratulations are in order for Andrew Foster, BNL senior.
He learned on December 24th that he had been nominated for an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy.
U.S. Representative Steve Buyer, Republican chose Andrew as one of 10 nominees to the prestigious military institution... the only one Buyer listed from Lawrence County. Presently, Andrew Foster is studying in Switzerland on a Rotary Youth Exchange Program.
Andrew will have to complete the physical fitness and medical exams at a military base in Germany or Italy. The outcome of those tests will determine when he'll return to the states from Switzerland.
