The security we have enjoyed since 9/11 is thanks to our military strength, intelligence agencies, law enforcement, and alert citizens who share their observations of suspicious activity. We are the land of the free, because of the brave. Take time to e-mail or somehow get a message to the people you know who are serving in the military. A few words of Thanksgiving to them for their sacrifices will boost their morale.
