Site approved for Starbucks in Bedford

BEDFORD—At this week’s meeting of the Bedford Plan commission, a site was approved where Starbucks, the elitist coffee retailer will construct a location in Bedford.
The site is on West 16th Street at the corner of Clinic Drive. The First Church of God, is next to the proposed building site with Taco Bell Restaurant on the other corner of Clinic Drive.
A spokesman for Veritas Reality in Indianapolis says the real estate details will be completed by mid-February with construction planned to begin as soon as the weather permits.
Starbucks will hire a manager and employ up to 12 others. It will be corporate-owned.
