County Museum Set To Open Today

BEDFORD—The former Buck Lemmon building, now transformed into what locals can proudly claim is the most up-to-date county museum in the state, namely the Lawrence County Historical and Genealogical Society will be formally opened today.
The ribbon ceremony at 11:20AM will be an historic occasion.
This reporter is looking forward to playing the antique square Steinway that dates back to 1885.
My repertoire will include music from that era up to the present.
