Mitchell Teenager Faces Reckless Driving Charges

MITCHELL—On November 16th at one in the afternoon, a Mitchell High School teenager, 17-year-old Amy M. Land will be sentenced for driving recklessly, 57 miles per hour in a 35 miles an hour zone.
The subsequent accident when she lost control of her car took the life of her passenger, 15 year-old Angel Flinn.
This past Monday Amy Land pleaded guilty to reckless driving and now could face up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
