Last updated on Tuesday, December 4, 2018

(PAOLI) - Two Paoli men were arrested after police say they sent inappropriate text conversations to a 13-year-old girl.

Police arrested 19-year-old Larry Meyer and 18-year-old Tyson Robbins.

Police began their investigation on October 9th after police received a call from the girl's father saying he had found inappropriate text messages on the girl's phone.

Police say they found several conversations about sexual matters and nude images and videos on the girl's phone.

Police interviewed the girl and said she told them she'd sent photos to the two men and received photos from Meyer. The girl told police both men knew she was 13-years-old.

Both men admitted to sending inappropriate messages and images to the girl. But Robbins told police he sent the photos by accident. Both men admitted the girl had also sent them photos and inappropriate text messages. Robbins says he deleted all the images on his phone and then destroyed the phone.

Both men admitted they knew the girl was underage.

Meyer and Robbins were arrested on charges of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, a Level 6 felony. Robbins was also charged with possession of child pornography, also a Level 6 felony.
