(MITCHELL) - The new Ruler Foods in Mitchell is hiring.
"Teams will commence stocking the store once construction is complete early in 2019," wrote Ken McClure, Regional Director of Corporate Affairs of Kroger in an email. "The employees currently working at the existing Ruler Foods facility in Mitchell will then transfer to the new location. In addition, we are actively hiring for additional employees to staff the new store."

A new design, including décor and equipment updates, will support the look and feel of the new Ruler Foods concept at the store being renovated at 1240 West Main Street.
The company plans to spend more than $600,000 renovating the 25,372-square-foot building former JayC Store.
McClure is not confirming an exact opening date.
"But we are excited to open in early 2019," he added.
