(UNDATED) - City of Bedford and City of Mitchell offices will be closed Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25, in observance of the Christmas Holiday.
TASC Buses will not run on Monday or Tuesday, December 24 and 25.
All Monday trash routes will be picked up as regularly scheduled on December 24. Tuesday trash routes will be picked up Saturday, December 22.
There will be no trash pick up in the City of Mitchell on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. December 24th trash will be on Wednesday, December 25th pickup will be on Thursday. Both sides of town will be picked up on Friday.
City of Bedford Offices will be closed Monday, December 31, 2018, and Tuesday, January 1, 2019, for New Year's Holiday.

BMV Announces Holiday Hours
All Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicle (BMV) branches will be closed Saturday, December 22 through Tuesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Branches will resume regularly scheduled business hours on Wednesday, December 26.
Branches will be closed Tuesday, January 1 in observance of the New Year's holiday. All branches will resume regularly scheduled business hours beginning Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

Orleans Trash Schedule
The Orleans Town office wishes to make residents aware of the town's Trash Collection Schedule during the upcoming Christmas and New Year's holidays.
Residential trash pick-up will be Monday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 26. Pick up on Monday, December 31 and New Year's Day Tuesday, January 1 will be as normal with no change
Schools
Bedford North Lawrence and Mitchell Community Schools will begin Christmas break on Friday, December 21. Classes will resume on Thursday, January 3, 2019. If you have any questions, please call the school.
Monroe Community School Corporation will be in school on Friday, December 21. It was previously scheduled as a built-in Snow Day and was used on November 15th.
