(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Community School Corporation Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Wednesday.

The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m.

On the agenda:

1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6).

2. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(2b).
