(MITCHELL) - The Mitchell Community Board of Trustees will meet at 5:30 p.m. in executive session on Wednesday.

On the Agenda:

1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6(6).

2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(9)

3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(2b).
