(CRAWFORD CO.) - The U.S. Forest Service will offer a free guided hike at the Hemlock Cliffs Trail on December 15 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
Participants will walk the 1.4 mile loop with a guide and should be aware there is a rock staircase down into the canyon.
This scenic trail offers rock outcroppings and a waterfall.
The trail is located in Crawford County, off Ind. 37, directions can be found on the Hoosier National Forest website www.fs.usda.gov/hoosier.
