(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police say a domestic fight involving a 12-year-old turned physical.
Police arrested 46-year-old Jamison Beedie of Bedford. Monday at 8:59 a.m. without incident on charges of domestic battery on a minor under 14 and domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
Police say the incident occurred Sunday night.
The girl told police Beedie grabbed her by her throat and threw her to the floor. According to Chief Deputy Aaron Shoults, the girl had red marks on the side of her neck.
