(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police say a 49-year-old woman was flashed by a man in the parking lot of T.J. Maxx on Friday.
The woman told police she was getting into her vehicle when the man pulled his vehicle up next to her, flashed her and then began masturbating.
Police say the incident remains under investigation.
