The 26th annual L.I.F.E. Fantasia is Saturday, December 1, at the First Baptist Church, and organizers are inviting the public to come and bid on their favorite trees, wreaths, centerpieces and specialty items created by local creators.

The event will be held at a new location in the First Baptist Church gymnasium at 1515 20th Street. Doors will open at 9 a.m. with the auction beginning at Noon.

Come enjoy the music and festivities and then bid on one (or more) of the many trees, wreaths, centerpieces or other Christmas items.

More than 120 items were auctioned off at the 25th annual L.I.F.E. Fantasia and raised more than $36,000. The top seller was a tree decorated by Williams Carpenter Realty decorated in vintage ornaments that sold for $3,000. The tree also earned first place and won People's Choice in the voting. The tree was purchased by Bedford Federal Savings Bank.

All proceeds will help provide food and or emergency funds for those in need this holiday season and into the new year.
