Last updated on Wednesday, November 28, 2018

(BEDFORD) - As part of General Motors ongoing commitment to keep the public informed as they progress through the environmental investigation and cleanup at and near the Bedford Plant, the public is invited to a general information session on Thursday, December 6th, 2018 at 6 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the GHD Field Trailer south of the Plant, located near the corner of Fourth Street and GM Drive (enter from GM drive). Parking will be in the trailer's gravel lot.

At this session, officials will provide an update of the project and allow people to visit one-on-one with the project team to talk about specific, individual issues.

"I am confident this presentation will address any questions and concerns that the public may have about the cleanup and provide ample opportunity for you to ask additional questions," says Cheryl Hiatt, Project Manager of General Motors LLC. "These information sessions are part of our community outreach efforts to keep those in our community informed regarding the project and to provide an opportunity to tell us what's on your mind."

Information regarding the project is always available at on the GM website. Project documents on disk are also available at the Bedford Public Library.
