(BLOOMINGTON) - A fire destroyed a mobile home Sunday in the 6200 block of East Robinson Road Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters with The Northern Monroe Fire Territory were alerted to the blaze at 4:15 p.m.
When firefighters arrived at the scene the home was engulfed in flames and had spread to nearby shrubbery.
Firefighters from Benton Township assisted in extinguishing the fire.
According to firefighters, no one lived in the home and there were no utilities connected.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
