(PATOKA) - Volunteers spent Saturday morning at Young’s Creek area at Patoka Lake cleaning up.
Volunteers picked up more than 200 pounds of trash in under two hours.
The event was hosted by the Patoka Lake Watershed Steering Committee and Patoka Lake DNR as a way to promote the beauty and clean waters of Patoka Lake and the waterways that drain into it.
This was the third event this year hosted by the committee.
