Two Shoals Residents Arrested On Drug Charges

(LOOGOOTEE) - Loogootee Police arrested two Shoals residents on Friday on drug charges.

Police arrested 35-year-old Amy Moffitt on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance and 39-year-old Chadwick Funk on charges of visiting a common nuisance, dealing in meth, possession of meth and possession of marijuana.

Both are being held in the Martin County Security Center.

Also arrested in an unrelated case was 38-year-old Joshua Phillips on a charge of possession of meth.

Daviess County deputies served an arrest warrant on 35-year-old Andrew Joseph Petry of Loogootee, on Friday. He was wanted on a warrant for possession of a synthetic substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
