(ORLEANS) - Come out and create a festive fall decoration on Saturday, Oct. 13th from 9 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., in Historic Congress Square in Orleans as part of the 11th Annual Fall Fun Fest in the Park.
The Annual Fall Fun Fest is sponsored by the Orleans Chamber of Commerce.
Becky Padgett will lead the group in creating a festive 15" x 15" wooden pumpkin to hang on your door or in your home.
Becky will have two designs to choose from and she can show you how to add a monogram.
Fall goodies and hot mulled cider will be served during the class.
Class size is limited, get your tickets soon. Tickets are $25 each and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are non-refundable. Call 812-865-2269 for tickets.
The class will be held at Orleans 1st Baptist Church if it rains.
Theta Epsilon, Orleans Chapter of Phi Beta Psi, raises funds for cancer research, local cancer patient support, local charitable causes, and scholarships. Thanks for your support.
Orleans Chamber of Commerce is finalizing plans for its upcoming 11th Annual Fall Fun Fest in the Park set for Saturday, October 13th downtown in historic Congress Square.
The Chamber will again be hosting a number of fun fall family type activities and special events on that Saturday.
Planned events include - a 5K Run/Walk, Homegrown Fall Market with a variety of craft vendors, mums, pumpkins, gourds and fall décor, children's activities, Great Chamber Chili Cook-Off, Car Show, Golf Cart Parade, Corn Hole Tourney, an Apple Pie Baking Contest, Live Entertainment on Bicentennial Stage, food and lots more.
