(BEDFORD) - An Oolitic man was arrested on Thursday after selling meth.
The Lawrence County Drug Task Force arrested 33-year-old David Allen on warrants for dealing meth and possession of meth. He is also facing charges of possession of a narcotic drug, attempting to purchase a narcotic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a syringe.
According to a Lawrence Superior Court II probable cause affidavit, a confidential informant purchased meth from Allen multiple times in September. During one of the buys, the informant purchased more than 3 grams of a powder form of meth.
