During their search for Dodson, officers located and questioned 47-year-old Jerry Lee Carson Jr. of Vallonia, who was a friend of Dobson.

After speaking to Carson ISP detectives arrested him on charges of obstruction of justice and false informing. He is being held in the Washington County Jail currently on a $4,000 cash bond.

Officers then obtained a search warrant to search property located at 4031 Wheeler Hollow Road in Vallonia.

While searching the property, officers located a body in a duffel style bag stuffed under an abandoned mobile home.

The body was positively identified as Jacob Ray Dodson by the Washington County Coroner's Office. An autopsy is planned for Sunday morning in Washington County to determine a possible cause of death.

The Washington County Sheriff's Department, the Coroner's Office, and the Prosecutor's Office are assisting in the investigation.

No further information will be available until the autopsy is completed Sunday morning.
