(JASPER) - German American Bancorp Inc. (GABC) on Monday reported a third-quarter net income of $12.6 million.
The Jasper, Indiana-based bank said it had earnings of 55 cents per share.
The financial services holding company posted revenue of $42.4 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $37.5 million, exceeding Street forecasts.
German American Bancorp shares have fallen nearly 10 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $31.84, a decrease of 18 percent in the last 12 months.
