(MONROE CO.) - Indiana State Police recovered more than 60 pounds of marijuana and $110,000 in cash after an investigation with other law enforcement agencies.
The Department of Homeland Security and Ellettsville Police officers, along with troopers, began their investigation into a Bloomington man on Sept. 26 after finding evidence of illegal drug activity.
As the investigation continued, witnesses were interviewed and evidence was collected. Probable cause was established and a search warrant was requested and secured for a home at 811 South Larkspur Lane. During a search of that residence, police seized more than 60 pounds of marijuana and $110,000 in cash.
