(BEDFORD) - The United Auto Workers Local 440 and Bedford Federal Savings Bank will be holding a winter weather gear collection drive in support of Disabled American Veteran’s multiple Veterans Stand Downs throughout the State of Indiana.
Collection boxes will be located in the lobbies of:
Collection boxes will be present for two weeks, from Monday, September 24th until Friday, October 5th during regular business hours.
The Veteran's Stand Down accepts both new and gently used gloves, mittens, toboggans, socks, and scarves, as well as any other potentially useful cold weather clothing item for distribution to needy or homeless veterans.
