North Lawrence Community School Board Of Trustees To Meet Thursday

(BEDFORD) - The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of School Trustees will meet in executive session on Thursday, Sept. 6th at 5:15 p.m.

The meeting will be followed with a special open session at 6:15 p.m. at the NLCS Administration Building at 460 W Street in Bedford.

Subject matter of executive session is as authorized by federal or state statute.

IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(A) Collective Bargaining
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) For discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of
litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5) To receive information about and interview prospective
employees.
IC 5014-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(B) To discuss before determination individuals' status as employees.
IC 5-14.15-6.1(b)(2)(D) The purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease
is executed by the parties.

This meeting is a meeting of the School Board in public for the purpose of conducting the School Corporation's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There may be time for public participation as indicated by agenda item, or as directed by the President. The meeting site is fully accessible. Any person requiring further accommodation should contact the Superintendent, at the School Corporation's central office. The meeting will be electronically recorded, and will be kept on file in the Superintendent's office. A copy of the audio recording will also be available on the NLCS website.
