(BLOOMINGTON) - Rhorer Road has been closed between Walnut Street Pike and Walnut Street since May, and now the intersection is temporarily closing.
Motorists who want to access Walnut Street Pike south of Rhorer Road will be detoured west on Winslow Road, south on Walnut Street, east on Fairfax Road and then north on Walnut Street Pike.
Rhorer Road will remain open east of Walnut Street Pike.
The closure is expected to last about 30 days, to allow workers to convert the intersection from a four-way stop to one controlled by a traffic light.
