(SOLSBERRY) - A 911 call made from a neighbor on Tuesday morning just after 8:30 sent Greene County Sheriff’s Deputies to 7048 North State Road 43 to investigate a complaint of screaming and shots being fired from inside a residence.

After deputies arrived they discovered three dead adults and then secured the scene. Authorities are now calling it a murder/suicide.

Dead was 73-year-old Peggy Burks, her caregiver 58-year-old Debra Floyd, and 71-year-old Lawrence Burks, all of Solsberry.
