(BLOOMFIELD) - Bloomfield Housing Authority will soon see major improvements to the building.
One of the two elevators in the high rise broke months ago but will be fixed by the end of the week, thanks to a
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development $75,000 emergency grant.
Melissa Blake Treasurer at the Bloomfield Housing Authority, says the elevators are a necessity for the more than 90 residents.
