Three Injured In Accident At Intersection Of State Road 37 And Patton Hill Road

(OOLITIC) - There people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on State Road 37 and Patton Hill Road Tuesday afternoon.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 60-year-old Frank Winton of Bedford was traveling south on State Road 37 when he failed to stop for the stop light at the intersection of State Road 37 and Patton Hill Road.

Police say Winton's 2015 GM Acadia collided with a 2011 Buick Enclave driven by 30-year-old Madison Christman of Bedford.

Police say Christman who was turning from left on State Road 37 to Patton Hill Road, had the right-of-way.

Christman suffered minor bleeding to his head. Her 9-year-old passenger suffered pain to her lower arm.

Winton complained of elbow and lower arm pain.
