(MITCHELL) - The Greater Mitchell Chamber of Commerce is looking for an Office Manager.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m..

Responsibilities:

Answer and Direct phone calls
Plan meetings and take detailed notes
Assist the Board of Directors
Maintain and Update the chamber website
Write and Distribute the weekly newsletter, emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Maintain chamber member and contact lists
Assist the Persimmon Festival Executive Committee
Provide general support to chamber members and visitors
Liaise with Board of Directors and chamber members
Develop and Maintain a filing system, Purge unnecessary archives
Recruit and Assist new chamber members
