(ORLEANS) - The Orleans Bulldog Regiment will kick off the 2018 marching season with their annual Ice Cream Social.
The event will be held on Friday, September 7 at 6 p.m. in the Orleans High School west parking lot.
The bulldog Regiment invites the community to come share in a preview of the show, senior jacket presentation, and ice cream.
The event is free, but the band is appreciative of donations.
The group will be performing the show Letters from War where those attending will take a journey back to World War II and follow an American soldier that is sent to war while his wife and loved ones are anxiously awaiting his correspondence and return home.
The Bulldog Regiment is approximately 75 members strong this year, with students performing from 7th grade to seniors.
A limited amount of show shirts and souvenirs will be available to purchase.
