Off-Road Vehicle Accident Claims Life Of Dubois County Man

(DUBOIS CO.) - Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating the death of a Dubois County man who was found dead at the scene of an off-road vehicle accident Sunday evening.

60-year-old Jeremy Terwiske of Huntingburg was operating a Honda Foreman off-road vehicle on private property in Huntingburg when the vehicle rolled over into a pond.

The vehicle pinned him under the water.

He was found by a family member who then called 911 at 7:57 p.m.

Terwiske was pronounced dead at the scene by the Dubois County Coroner's Office.

Responding agencies included the Dubois County Sheriff's Department, Dubois County Coroner's Office, Huntingburg Fire Department, Memorial EMS, and Indiana Conservation Officers.
