(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man died Thursday morning after police say he jumped from the top level of the Monroe County employee parking garage on Eighth Street.
Police say 29-year-old Christopher Polston was pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses told police they had seen Polston in the area "acting erratically."
A woman entering the parking garage around 6:30 a.m. and discovered his body on Eighth Street between College Avenue and Morton Street and called police.
Police believe Polston jumped from the seven-story building.
