Linton Police Looking For Driver And Vehicle Involved In Hit-And-Run Accident with Ambulance

(LINTON) - Linton Police are looking for a vehicle and its driver who were involved in a hit and run crash with an ambulance.

The ambulance was struck Saturday afternoon while on an emergency run.

Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell says the vehicle is a silver four-door Hyundai that was missing the front bumper and the driver-side headlight.

The Hyundai was last seen traveling eastbound on State Road 54.

No one was injured and the ambulance had minor damage.

The driver was a white female wearing purple pants and a pink or red shirt, a baseball cap and carrying a medium to large brown or black dog.
