(LINTON) - A Linton man is facing charges following a shooting early Sunday morning in Linton.
When Linton Police arrived to a home located at 249 G Street at 4 a.m. they found a person with a gunshot wound to his arm.
Indiana State Police were called to assist at the scene around 5 a.m. Sunday.
Police arrested 21-year-old David Scott Gwyn on charges of attempted murder, criminal recklessness, aggravated battery, pointing a firearm and carrying a firearm without a license.
Police say the two men had been in an altercation before shots were fired.
The case remains under investigation.
