(BLOOMINGTON) - Eastbound 3rd Street will be in single lane configuration from Gates Drive on the west to Franklin Road on the east to allow crews to perform emergency repairs to a drainage structure.
The lane restriction is anticipated to be in place all day.
Flaggers will be on site to monitor and assist with traffic flow.
