(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested Sunday after police say he molested a 9-year-old girl.
Police arrested 64-year-old Leo Malone on two felony charges of child molestation.
Malone is accused of putting his hands down the girl's pants and kissing and licking her lips while she was in his apartment.
Police began their investigation after the child told her therapist in July about the incident. The therapist then contacted the Department of Child Services.
A warrant was issued for Malone's arrest on Friday. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail on a $20,000 surety or $800 cash bond.
Malone denies he touched the child inappropriately.
