Allen is accused of helping 48-year-old Noel Montes Cazares murder Leare Bush. Investigators say Cazares falsely claimed the wealthy woman was his mother and allegedly set the fire in hopes of inheriting her fortune.

Cazares is being held without bond on murder, arson and other charges.

Allen is charged with assisting a criminal and obstruction of justice. She allegedly visited Bush's burned-out home to retrieve cash, jewelry and a gun.
