(MITCHELL) - The American Red Cross will host a blood drive from noon to 6 p.m. today at the Mitchell Church of Christ’s Family Life Center, 1004 W. Main St.
The event is sponsored by the Mitchell Key Club.
The Red Cross provides a scholarship to Mitchell High School based on the number of pints donated during the year. The more pints of blood donated, the higher the scholarship amount.
This blood drive is the signature service project for the Mitchell Key Club.
Appointments are available by calling (800) RED-CROSS. Those who donate are eligible for a free ticket to Kings Island amusement park while supplies last.
