(SULPHUR) - The Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney Nicholas Haverstock released the following video on Facebook regarding the shooting in Sulphur Sunday afternoon that left one man dead and another injured.

The shooting was reported around 2 p.m. at the home of 63-year-old Terry Olliges in the 25000 block of Easy Street, south of Sulphur.

Haverstock says 29-year-old Gregory Peals, of Louisville shot 28-year-old Ricky Phipps Jr. with a gun belonging to Olliges. The gun was found on the front porch.

Phipps ran into Olliges' residence and told Olliges he had been shot by Peals. Olliges then allegedly took a handgun gun, walked out of the home and shot and killed Peals.

The incident remains under investigation and the facts and circumstances will be reviewed by the Crawford County Prosecutor's Office to determine if criminal charges will be filed.
