Centerstone Announces New Officers, Board Members For Indiana

(COLUMBUS) - Centerstone, a national leader in behavioral health care, announced today new officers for Centerstone Indiana Board of Directors, effective July 1.

Terrye Davidson was named as the board chair, Doug Leonard will serve as vice-chair and Linda Hobbs as secretary.

"Our board members play an important role in helping our organization meet the needs of Indiana residents affected by mental illnesses and addictions," said Suzanne Koesel, CEO of Centerstone Indiana. "We are thrilled to have Terrye, Doug and Linda's commitment and leadership as we continue to grow and expand our services."

Davidson replaces Brad Smith, who is the immediate past chair and will help guide Davidson in his new role. Davidson joined the board in 2008. Davidson is a retired guidance counselor at Brownstown Central Middle School.

She is a member of Tri Kappa Philanthropic Sorority and Delta Kappa Gamma. Davidson's former board memberships include serving on the Girls Inc. of Jackson County Board of Directors as president and as a member of the United Way Allocation Committee. Davidson received her undergraduate degree in education from Purdue University and two master's from Indiana University.

Leonard retired from the Indiana Hospital Association in 2017 and was the president and CEO of Columbus Regional Hospital for nearly 30 years. Leonard received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University South Bend and Master of Health Administration degree from Indiana School of Medicine.

Hobbs resides in Nashville, Ind., and currently serves as coordinator for the Brown County Drug Free Coalition. Her board memberships include serving on the Brown County Park and Rec Board, Brown County YMCA Board, Brown County Drug Free Coalition, Brown County Community Foundation Governance Committee.
