(BEDFORD) - On September 7th & 8th the Bedford Knights of Columbus will be conducting their 41st Annual Tootsie Roll Drive to benefit local citizens with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The monies raised from this event will go to the Larc Center in Bedford which provides job training and employment opportunities for mentally challenged adults, to Lawrence County Special Olympics, and to help special education classes within the Bedford North Lawrence School System.
The knights will be soliciting donations on these 2 days at Walmart, Rural King, Price Less IGA, Bedford Federal Savings Bank, and the Hoosier Hills Credit Union locations in Bedford and Mitchell. Your support would be very much appreciated.
