After his disappearance, officers were able to track his credit card purchases.

"We discovered he had stopped at a gas station in Lebanon and purchased gas," says Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell. He also asked for directions back to the highway, so we believe at that time he was attempting to get back home."

Jerrell explained that since Kennedy, a paraplegic, cannot pump his own gas, he has been asking others to pump it for him. He does not have his wheelchair with him. The person he asked for directions told police Kennedy was not in distress.

He was last seen driving his white 2010 Chevy Impala in Linton around 12:45 p.m. Saturday.

Robert is described as being: 5'07'', 175 pounds with hazel eyes, and gray short hair.

Robert was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue shorts, and has his all white dog with him.

Robert is also a paraplegic and does not have his wheelchair with him.
