(UNDATED) - Hoosier Uplands is taking applications for senior farmers market vouchers on a first come, first serve basis in Lawrence, Orange and Washington counties.
To apply, you must be at least 60 years old, or if disabled, living in a senior housing facility with a congregate nutrition service; live within Hoosier Uplands service area or an adjacent area that is not being served; have a household income of no more than 185 percent of poverty or participating in Commodity Supplemental Food Program or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program,
Those applying must provide proof of income, notice of eligibility in other relevant program, a driver's license or state ID card or birth certificate.
