(BEDFORD) - The Bedford Plan Commission advanced two projects in two subdivisions on Tuesday afternoon.
The Times Mail report that the commission approved a 49 new single-family dwelling called Meadowlake Overlake Phase III on Bedford's east side.
The subdivision developer is Glen Meadows Development LLC. '
The second project is the subdivision of property along Mitchell Road.
Tony Howe, owner of 2325, 2321 and 2319 Mitchell Road and wants to subdivide the property.
He operates Midwest Park and Sell at 2325 Mitchell Road. (The old car wash is at 2321 Mitchell Road and 2319 Mitchell Road is the former Dominos Pizza location.)
The property also includes a private road that connects O Street with Mitchell Road.
Howe is attempting to purchase a triangle-shaped area in front of the car wash. If he gets the land, he is willing to donate the private road to the city.
